Financing to Date: 

AVEO raised a fourth financing round of $53 million in April 2007. Investors include (in addition to the above); Bessemer Venture Partners, Biogen Idec, Merlin BioMed Group, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Schering-Plough Corporation and Vatera Holdings.

AVEO raised a third financing round in April 2005 with a Corporate Investor; Merck & Company. The amount was undisclosed.

AVEO raised a second financing round of $43.7 million in August 2003. Investors include (in addition to the above); Flagship Ventures, Highland Capital Partners, Lotus Biosciences, Oxford Bioscience Partners and GE Capital.

AVEO raised its first financing round of $15.5 million in March of 2002. Investors include; MPM Capital, Prospect Ventures, Venrock Associates and Greylock Partners.
