A Pipeline of Novel Cancer Therapies

AVEO Pharmaceuticals is committed to discovering, developing and commercializing targeted therapies to impact patients’ lives. The company's lead product candidate tivozanib is an oral, once-daily, investigational tyrosine kinase inhibitor for which top-line results from a Phase 3 clinical study in advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) have been reported, and is being evaluated in other tumors.

Using its proprietary Human Response Platform™ (HRP), AVEO discovered the lead candidate from its promising antibody pipeline, ficlatuzumab, a novel HGF inhibitory antibody currently in Phase 2 development in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); and a preclinical antibody candidate, AV-203, that targets the ErbB3 (HER3) receptor and may have utility in a range of cancers.
